Shrimp ala Poopsie


Creamy garlic shrimp on pasta

  • 1 lb. Shrimp
  • 4 oz. Olive oil
  • 2 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz. Dry vermouth
  • S & P
  • 5 . Garlic



Step 1

Olive oil in cast iron skillet. Press garlic into oil, plls S & P. Let sit overnight.
Bring to slow simmer, add shrimp, then turn haet to high.
Turn shrimp, add more S & P.

Once shrimp is 1/4 cooked, add lemon, lime juice and vermouth. Bring back to boil. Then reduce and add flour/wine mix. Thicken

Serve on pasta.
