Ingredients

  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 16 ounces crab
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 8 ounce shrimp
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 pint small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon basil;
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 to 4 fresh tomatoes

Step 1

Cook noodles and drain. Combine crab,soup, and shrimp. In an large bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, onion parsley, and seasonings. "Pam" a 10 x 12 inch casserole. Layer pasta,1/2 cheese mixture, then layer the grated cheddar cheese. all the crab, another pasta layer, then rest of cheese mixture and grated Cheddar cheese over the top . Bake at 350 degrees covered for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from stove and cover with slices of tomatoes and sprinkle parmesan cheese. Return to oven and bake ten to 15 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
