Marilyn's Banana bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
• 1 cups mashed bananas
• 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry. Stir just until moist. Pour into two large greased loaf pans. Bake for one hour. Done when tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Makes two loaves.
