Sauce: Caramel

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

To a pot, add sugar and water and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes to 10 minutes. Turn off heat and get it to 350*. Remove from burner and add cream, very slowly, then add vanilla. Let sit until room temperature before eating as not to burn your mouth.
