Pecan Tassies

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 3 oz pkg. Cream Cheese, room temp
  • 1 stick of butter, room temp
  • 1 c flour
  • 3/4 c light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c pecans, broken
  • 1 tbsp soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust ingredients into a dough and form into balls. Wrap and chill 1 hour. Either roll into 24 walnut sized balls and press into tiny shallow gem pans.
Mix filing ingredients together and pour into crust in gem pans. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes 24
