Ziti with Spinach Cherry Tomatoes & Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp olive oil
• 1 cup cheery tomatoes, halved
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp red pepper
• 1 clove garlic
• 6 tbs half and half
• 3 tbs Gorgonzola cheese
• 1 cup fresh spinach
• 1 box of cooked ziti

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in large saute pan
add tomatoes, salt, red pepper and garlic. cook 1 minute...stir

stir in half and half and gorgonzola cheese
cook 2 minute or until slightly thick, stir
stir in spinach and cooked pasta
heat through 1 minute
