Ingredients
- 2 tablesdpoons milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup seaasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons diced celery, carrot and parsley
- 5 oz ground beef
- 5 oz. ground pork
- 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix milk, egg and bread crumbs. Saute vegetables until soft. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Mix together egg and beef mixture then add all other ingredients to make 2 small loaves. Bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Mix together 2 tablespoon barbeque sauce, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard and 1 teaspoon sugar.
Pour over meat loaves and bake 10 minutes longer.
