Ingredients
- Aluminum foil
- 1 3 1/2 lb chicken
- Olive oil
- 2 t coarse salt
- 1 t freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh thyme
- Fresh majoram
- 1 12 oz can beer

Preparation
Step 1
Chop herbs fine
Prepare grill
Pat chicken dry
Rub skin with oil
Sprinkle salt, pepper and herbs inside and out
Open can of beer, pour out 1 oz. (or drink it)
Add more fresh herbs to beer
Slide chicken over can
Stand can on a small baking sheet.
Place baking sheet on grill rack
Close grill and cook until juices run clear and chicken is done (about 1 hour)
Internal temp should be about 165˚
