Ingredients
- 16 cups cooked apples, pureed
- 8 cups sugar
- 1 cup vinegar (or apple cider)
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and put into a large pan or oven safe kettle.
Cook at 350° F. for 2-3 hours until thickened.
Stir mixture every 30 minutes to keep from sticking to pan.
Place in hot, clean canning jars and seal.
