Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat (cut into bite size pieces)
- 1 1/2 lbs. pork loin roast (cut into bite size pieces)
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook one hour on high. Reduce heat to low and cook for 7 to 9 hours until meat is tender. Shred meat and serve on buns, with or without coleslaw.
