Ingredients

  • 2 . Lb. Lobster, chopped
  • 1 . Lb. Cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 . Jalapino
  • 2-3 . Green onions
  • 2 . Garlic
  • 4 . Tb. Butter
  • S & P
  • 1 . C. White wine
  • 1 . Lb. Linguine
  • 1 . T. Olive oil
  • 1/3 C. Cream
  • 1/2 C. Basil chopped
  • Parmesam, shaved

Preparation

Step 1

Chop lobster.

Saute Tomatoes, chille, garlic and butter until soft. S & P, add wine, cook until evvaraporated.

Cook pasta.

Add lobster, stir in cream and basil. Warm couple minutes.

Drain pasta, toss with lobster sauce. Servenwith shaved parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil.
