Ingredients
- 2 . Lb. Lobster, chopped
- 1 . Lb. Cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 . Jalapino
- 2-3 . Green onions
- 2 . Garlic
- 4 . Tb. Butter
- S & P
- 1 . C. White wine
- 1 . Lb. Linguine
- 1 . T. Olive oil
- 1/3 C. Cream
- 1/2 C. Basil chopped
- Parmesam, shaved
Preparation
Step 1
Chop lobster.
Saute Tomatoes, chille, garlic and butter until soft. S & P, add wine, cook until evvaraporated.
Cook pasta.
Add lobster, stir in cream and basil. Warm couple minutes.
Drain pasta, toss with lobster sauce. Servenwith shaved parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil.
