Ingredients

• 2 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
• 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
• Garlic powder
• Pepper
• Cumin

Preparation

Step 1

mix ingredients. Place water in the bottom of a broiler cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drain the water and rub the Rub thoroughly on meat. cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour. Then Grill on Barbeque.
