Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 2 teaspoons rinsed capers
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or balsamic)
- 1 Tablespoon raw agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup soaked raw almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Blend until smooth and creamy. That's it! This is my favorite dressing right now. It keeps in the fridge for a few days so you can have it on your salads if you are raw, or pour it over pasta to make a creamy sauce!
