Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 2 teaspoons rinsed capers
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or balsamic)
  • 1 Tablespoon raw agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup soaked raw almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Step 1

Blend until smooth and creamy. That's it! This is my favorite dressing right now. It keeps in the fridge for a few days so you can have it on your salads if you are raw, or pour it over pasta to make a creamy sauce!
