Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce or stewed apples
- 1/2 cup raw, unsalted cashews, soaked in water for 1 hour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 chopped, pitted dates, soaked in water for 1/2 hour OR 2 Tbsp maple syrup*
- 1 cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds.
*IF USING A VITAMIX, USE DATES, OTHERWISE USE SYRUP.
