Turkey Sliders

Really tasty. Add spinach instead of lettuce to make it healthier. Also, regular tomato slices work just as well. From Seventeen.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
- 8 cheese slices (1" squares)
- 8 small dinner rolls
- 8 cherry tomatoes (or tomato slices)
- 8 pickle slices
Preparation
Step 1
Put ground turkey in a bowl. Use a small ice cream scoop to form 1-oz. patties, then place them in a preheated pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook over medium heat for four minutes on each side. during the last minute, lay cheese on top. Cover with a lid to melt. serve on rolls with tomato and pickles. (Add ketchup, mustard, and lettuce if you'd like).
