Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Family favorite for Holidays.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds potatoes (white rose if possible, baking type mush up)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 pint Sour Cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 pound Cheddar Cheese, grated (save some to sprinkle on top)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil potatoes, then peel & dice.
2. Mix soup & sour cream. Then mix all ingredients together (reserving some cheese to sprinkle on top.
3. Spread in 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle w/ cheese.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven about 35 minutes or until done.
