Country Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 15 oz. can Veg-all, drained
  • 2 5 oz. cans Premium Chunk White Chicken, undrained
  • 1 t. chopped fresh parsley or 1 t. dries parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

In 3 qt. saucepan, combine broth and rice.
Over medium-high heat, heat to boiling.
Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
Add mixed vegetables, chicken and parsley.
Heat through, stirring occasionally.
