aDressing: Asian Sesame Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tea. fresh grated ginger
  • 2 tea. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tea. sesame oil
  • 2/3 cup canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

stir together all of the ingredients except the oil. Slowly add the oil, whisking constantly.

Store dressings in a covered container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Makes about 1 cup.
