  • 1 18 1/4 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 8 tbsp butter, melted
  • Filling
  • 1- 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1-16oz box powdered sugar

Step 1

Preheat oven 350.
Combine cake mix, eggs and butter. Mix well with electric mixer. Pat the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
In lg bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and butter. Beat together next add the powdered sugar and mix well. Spread over cake batter and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
Make sure not to over bake as the center should be a little gooey.
