Ingredients
- 1 st Layer
- 2 C flour
- 1 C melted butter
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
- 2 nd layer
- 1 C Cool Whip (softened)
- 1 C icing sugar
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 3 rd Layer
- 3 C milk
- 2 - 3 oz pkg Pistachio Instant Pudding
- 4 th Layer
- 1 C Cool Whip (softened)

Step 1
Layer 1
Combine flour, melted butter and walnuts. Press into a glass 9 X 13 oven proof dish. Bake for 20 Minutes at 350 degrees (or until golden brown). Cool completely
Layer 2
Blend together cream cheese and icing sugar. Fold in softened Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Layer 3
Blend together mild and pudding. Let stand until thick. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Let stand until set (30 minutes).
Layer 4
Spread soften Cool Whip on top of pudding layer. Form soft peaks.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut into squares and serve.
