Pressure Cooker Cauliflower Purée

  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 medium cauliflower, cored
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in the inner pot, and place the lid on the cooker.
Lock lid and set the pressure to high
Set the cook time to 3 minutes.
When finished, do a quick pressure release
Open the lid.
Mash the cauliflower with a hand mixer or food processor. Serve.
