Ingredients
- 3 lb assorted small potatoes, halved
- 3/4 cup assorted chopped fresh herbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
Preparation
Step 1
Bring potatoes and salted water to cover, to boil in large saucepan. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Toss potatoes with herbs, oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
