Slow Cooker Potatoes with Country Ham

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. potatoes,red skinned, peeled or unpeeled
- 4-6 small sprigs fresh rosemary
- 6-8 oz country ham, rinsed, or diced smoked ham
- 2 cloves garlc thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 cups chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut potatoes into 2-inch chunks. Dice ham.
2. Layer potatoes with ham, rosmary leaves,and sliced garlic sprinkling each layer with a little salt and pepper
3. Tuck a bay leaf among the potatoes,then pour chicken broth over all
4. Dot with and cook on high for 5-6 hours til potatoes are tender
5. Discard bay leaf and spoon into serving bowl
