Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped cooking apples, peeled
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 Degrees. Grease a 1.5 quart baking pan or a 9-inch pie plate.


Beat egg and sugar together until very light and smooth.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and add to egg mixture. Add nuts, apples and vanilla, folding in carefully.
