Ingredients
- 2 Cups elbow Mac
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 1/2 t salt
- pepper
- 1/4 t dry mustard
- 1/8 cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheese
Preparation
Step 1
350 degrees
cook pasta
melt butter over low heat. Whisk in flour salt pepper mustard cayenne and wocestershire. Cook over low heat till bubbly and smooth Stir in milk heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil for 1 min remove from heat. Stir in cheese and cook stirring ocasionally until cheese is melted Stir in drained mac and place in ungreesed casserole dish. back for 25 to 30 min.
