  • 8 oz unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • 4 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mango fruit juice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.
 
Yields about 1 cup per serving.
