Ingredients
- 5 pounds red potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced
- 1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and diced
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 3 Tablespoons mustard
- 3 Tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 5 Tablespoons dill pickle juice
- Optional: yellow food coloring
- 1 (32 ounce) jar mayonnaise
- 1 onion, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine potatoes and eggs in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over potatoes and eggs/ mix well. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
