Mom's Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds red potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced
  • 1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and diced
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 5 Tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • Optional: yellow food coloring
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar mayonnaise
  • 1 onion, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine potatoes and eggs in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over potatoes and eggs/ mix well. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
