Stuffed snow peas

• 2 doz fresh snow peas
• 3/4 C whipped cream cheese softened
• 2 T orange juice
• 1 1/2 t ground pepper
• 1/12 t horseradish
• Grated orange peel

Preparation

Step 1

Steam peas and plunge immediately into ice water. Remove from water and refridgerate.

Combine cheese, orange juice, horseradish & pepper; stir until smooth. Chill until firm.

Carefully slip one side of each pea pod. Spoon cheese into bag fitted with #18 tip (or put into baggie)

Sprinkle with grated orange peel.
