Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 16 oz can tomatoes
- 6 oz tomato juice
- 7 c water
- 1/2 c string beans or peas
- 1 c green pepper
- 1 c celerty; 1/2 c celery greens
- 2 tsp garlic
- S&P
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 c barley
Preparation
Step 1
Brown Meat, drain off fat.
Add all ingredients. Simmer 45 mins
