QUESO BLANCO

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) package queso blanco, room temperture
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1 (7 oz.) can hot jalapeno relish
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan over very low heat, combine cheese and green chilies. Stir until cheese is melted. Stir until ingredients are blended and mixture is hot. Remove from heat, and stir in tomatoes. Serve immediately in chafing dish. Dip chips into queso.
