Ingredients
- 4 oz. Brandy
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 pint half & half
- 2 oz Galliano
- cracked ice
- nutmeg to top
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in blender, except ice, and whip until mixed. Pour mixture into pitcher and fill blender 1/3 full with cracked ice. Pour half of mixture back. 3/4 of the blender will be filled and then whip until fluffy. Serves 4 in tall fizz glasses Repeat process with ice and remainder of mixture in piture.
