Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. pkg. sweet corn
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 2 eggs,lightly beaten
  • 3 tlbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 tlbsp. country crock spread,melted
  • 2 tlbsp.sugar
  • 1 tlbsp. all purpose flour
  • Pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 deg. Prepare corn according to package directions,set aside to cool
2. Combine remaing ing. in large bowl with wire whisk stir in corn
3. Turn into greased 1-quart shallow casserole
4. Bake 1 hour or til golden brown
