Ingredients
- 1 14oz can chickpeas-drained
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- be sure to peel the chickpeas, they won't come out as crunchy if you don't.
Preparation
Step 1
-Preheat oven to 450*
-place drained chickpeas on parchment lined baking sheet.
-Roast for 30 min.
-Transfer to bowl and mix in remaining ingredients.
