Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 2 tsp choped herbs, e.g. thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Toss nuts with oil, salt, paprika and red pepper. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Toss with chopped herbs.
