BARBEQUE CHICKEN NACHOS

Ingredients

  • 6 cups tortilla chips (6 ounces)
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
  • 6 ounces Velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Spread chips onto platter.

Combine chichen and barbeque sauce in small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds to 1 minute or until heated through; stir.

Combine Velveeta and milk in separate small microwaveable bowl. Microwave 1 1/2 m inutes or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring every 45 seconds.

Spoon chicken mixture over chips; top with Velveeta sauce, tomatoes and peppers.
