Appetizer - Savory Tart with Pear & Gorgonzola

Ingredients

  • 1 Puff pastry sheet
  • 4 mature pears
  • gr.200 gorgonzola cheese
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 160°C
Spread the pastry into a round quiche pan. Peel & cut the pears into thin slices. Place small pieces of the gorgonzla usingabout half on the pastry base,add the pear slices, then the remainder of the cheese. Add salt & pepper to taste and cook in the oven for around 40mins.
