Ingredients
- 1/8 C Oil
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 1/8 C Fresh Garlic
- 1 (102 oz) can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 49 1/2 oz can Chicken Broth
- 1 Pint Heavy Cream
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 Bunches of Fresh Basil
- 1/4 C Sugar
