Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp thinly sliced green onion
  • 3 tbsp snipped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 36 escargot
  • 1-2 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • French bread

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except escargot and bread crumbs. Put escargot into baking dish, cover with butter mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes.
