BEEF BRISKET

NOTE:
If you want good gravy, pour off juice before adding the barbeque sauce.

Ingredients
- Brisket
- Meat tenderizer
- Salt
- Pepper
- Celery Salt
- Liquid Smoke
- Barbeque sauce, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Place brisket in center of a large piece of foil.
Sprinkle with all dry ingredients.
Add 3 teaspoons of liquid smoke per every 5 pounds of meat.
Tightly wrap foil ends together.
Bake at 350° F. for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° F. for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Open foil, fold back, and pour on barbeque sauce, if desired.
Bake another 20 minutes or so, with foil open.
Let stand a few minute before slicing against the grain of the meat.
