Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese
- 6 ounces lump crab meat
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoon of horseradish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dash of garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix ketchup with horseradish.
2. Drain crabmeat. Soften cream cheese. Mix half the crabmeat with the cream cheese. Add 3 teaspoons of ketchup mix. Add salt, pepper, and garlic.
3. Mix well with fork. Shape into ball. Press remaining crab met around ball and just before serving pour ketchup mixture over ball.
