Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef
- 1 pkg. (6 1/4 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing beef
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 jar (12 oz.) beef gravy
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix meat, stuffing, eggs, onion, and 1 1/4 cup water. Shape into 32 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter. Place in 2 foiled lined 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes.
Mix beef gravy and sour cream in large saucepan. Add meatballs, mix lightly. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
