BARS - BUTTERSCOTCH NUT

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • Topping:
  • 1 can mixed nuts
  • 2 1/2 T. butter
  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 C. light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

For crust:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Mix butter, flour and sugar. Pat into 9X13 greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

For topping:
3. Pour nuts over crust. Melt butter, chips, and corn syrup. Pour over nuts. Bake 10 more minutes.
