Ingredients
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil
- 1/4 C. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Basil, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 4 Strip Loin Steaks, 1-in. thick

Step 1
To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients except steaks in a heavy zip-lock plastic bag. Add steaks & squeeze bag to coat steaks with marinade; seal bag. Let stand for 30 min. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steaks over med-heat till desired doneness is reached. Serve.
