Ingredients
- 2 cups mayo
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Milk (for thinning dressing if needed)
- 1 heat lettuce, chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 lb bacon, fried crisp and chopped
- 3 cups onion and garlic croutons
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients and chill overnight. Thin dressing with milk if needed. Mix the rest of the ingredients except croutons. Add dressing and croutons and toss when ready to serve.
