Rice Pilaf

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbl. orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbl. oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine rice, scallions, grapes and walnuts. Toss with the marmalade, oil, vinegar and salt.
