Santa Cookie Bar

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can (300 ml) Eagle Brand Sweetened
  • Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup White or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup mini-marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine graham crumbs with butter. Press evenly into a parchment paper-lined 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Pour 2/3 Eagle Brand over crumbs. Sprinkle with pecans, chips, cranberries, coconut and marshmallows. Press down firmly. Pour remaining Eagle Brand overtop. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly and cut into bars
