Ingredients
- 1 lb unsalted butter
- 1 3/4 c sugar
- 2 1/4 c light brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c plus 2 Tbsp pastry flour
- 3 c bread flour
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp pure vanilla
- 2 lbs bitter sweet chocolate coarsely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream together butter and sugars in mixer, add eggs one at a time mixing well. Reduce speed to low and add both flours, salt, baking powder and soda, vanilla and chocolate. Use cookie scoop to place on sheet and bake 15-20 min depending on size of scoop. Best if chilled overnight.
