Ingredients

  • 2 loaves of bread (cubed)
  • 2 bunches of scallions
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley (leaves only)
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 large sweet onion
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of oil
  • Poultry seasoning
  • 1 small can of Swanson chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

-Cook butter, celery, oil. onion, parsley, and scallions together until they turn translucent. Not too soft because they will get cookied in the oven.
-After that is cooked add into a bowl or pan and mix well with the bread cubes.
-Alternate adding poultry seasoning and chicken broth to taste.
-Mix well.
-Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
-May take longer in the oven depending on thickness.
