Ingredients
- 12 servings, 1 tablespoon each
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves chopped
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves chopped
- 3/4 tablespoons dried red chili flakes
- 3 strips orange peel
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
* Add the thyme, rosemary, chili flakes and orange peel to the oil in a clean glass jar. Put aside and let it sit for 1 week to let the flavors infuse.
* Strain into a clean glass serving jar.
